It’s that wonderful time of year again! We will gather together to enjoy each other’s company, taste some wonderful wines, and eat a delicious meal. As is our tradition, we'll ask everyone to bring a bottle of wine for the social table to share with friends and another bottle for dinner.
Here’s the plan:
- Doors Open 4:30PM.
- Cocktail hour begins at 4:45PM.
- Announcements 6:00PM.
- Dinner is scheduled at 6:15PM.
- Evening ends 8:30PM.
Your evening includes:
Hors D'oeuvres:
- Slow Roasted Short Rib with Caramelized Onion served on Flatbread
- Cheese Steak Spring Rolls with Sriracha Ketchup
- Mellon Balls, Mozzarella & Prosciutto Kabob (Gluten free)
- Shrimp Shooters (Gluten free)
First Course:
- Mixed Greens Garden Salad - Seasonal Greens, Carrots, Cucumbers, Tomato, with a choice of Ranch or Balsamic Dressing
- Rolls and butter
Entrées (Make your meal choice when you register):
- Chicken Francaise - Sauteed Chicken with Lemon Butter and White Wine Braised
- Short Rib - Braised with Cabernet Demi (Gluten free)
- Salmon - Grilled with Lemon Dill Cream Sauce (Gluten free)
Sides:
- Au Gratin Potatoes and
- French Style Green Beans
Dessert:
- Flourless Chocolate Cake (Gluten free)
