This tasting will introduce our Chapter to a variety of wines from Canada. Included will be wines spanning the entire width of Canada, from the Okanagan Valley, to British Columbia, the Niagara Region, Ontario and the regions of Montegerie and Canton de L’Est in Quebec.
Several varietals will be featured in the tasting, including Riesling, Chardonnay, a white Pinot Noir, Pinot Noir and two red blends of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, and two unique Northern climate grapes, Saint Croix and Marichal Foch.
