Bordeaux has some of the most famous wine appellations and highest prices per bottle in the world. But the world's wine drinkers are changing their focus and, in some cases, taking Bordeaux with them. We will explore the new-ish Bordeaux, changing with the times to make wines that are more approachable - more affordable, requiring less aging, and delicious.
Please remember to bring glasses and wine to share.
