This is part 2 of our 7-part sommelier series. This tasting focuses on three of the 21 required grapes for our International Sommelier Guild certification. We will compare the quintessential wine with a more popular region/wine in hopes of finding the differences between the two. In the first part of this series, we tasted Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Syrah. This month, we open with a sparkling ice breaker and move to tasting Chenin Blanc, Cabernet Franc and Grenache.
PLEASE NOTE: NO food is provided! Please bring your own snacks and munchies. Bottled water will be provided.
Please remember to bring two glasses per person and wine to share for the social time after the tasting.
The tasting is taking place in our condo community's clubhouse. Look for the red balloons!
